Please read this carefully before trading. By using Skilli Godmind you acknowledge and accept every point below.
1 · Your capital is at risk
Trading Deriv synthetic indices and other derivatives is high-risk. You can lose some or all of the money you stake, quickly. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely, and never with borrowed money.
2 · Synthetic indices are random
Synthetic indices are produced by a certified random number generator. Their movements are, by design, unpredictable. No analyzer, indicator, statistic or "AI" — including this platform — can reliably predict the next tick.
3 · Measured numbers are not promises
Every win rate, expected value, break-even, confidence read or "edge" shown here is measured from past ticks or past trades. It describes what happened; it does not predict what will happen. Recovery ladders, martingale steps and presets change the shape of outcomes, never the odds — the worst case shown on each ladder is real money.
4 · Automation trades fast
Auto desks (G Mind, Bulk Trader, auto engines) can place many trades in minutes, including while you are not looking. Understand every setting — stake, targets, loss and trade limits — before you switch an engine on, and always practise on a Deriv demo account first.
5 · Not financial advice
Skilli Godmind is decision-support software, not a broker, financial adviser or portfolio manager. Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. Every trading decision — manual or automated — is yours alone.
6 · Connectivity and execution
Market data, latency, slippage, rate limits and connection drops are outside our control. A trade you fire may be delayed, rejected or filled at a different price; a result may settle late. Check your Deriv statement — it is the record of truth.
Practise on demo. Set a loss limit you can live with. Treat every number on this platform as a measurement, not a guarantee.
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Skilli Godmind platform. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
1 · Acceptance
By accessing or using Skilli Godmind you agree to these Terms and to the Risk Disclosure. Continued use after a change to either constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
2 · What the service is
Skilli Godmind is a client-side analysis and automation console that connects to your own Deriv account using credentials you provide. Deriv is the broker and counterparty to every contract; we do not hold, move or custody your funds, and we cannot cancel a placed contract.
3 · Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be of legal age and permitted to trade derivatives in your jurisdiction, and you must comply with Deriv's terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for every order placed from your session, including orders placed by automation you enabled.
4 · Your Deriv credentials
Your Deriv API token or OAuth session grants real buy and sell authority over your account. It is held in this browser's session only — never stored on our servers, logged or synced. Keep it private, never share it, and revoke it on Deriv immediately if you suspect it has been exposed.
5 · Accounts and access
Access is granted by the platform operator and may be tiered (Regular / Premium / Lifetime) and time-limited by subscription. Access can be suspended or revoked at any time, and a lapsed subscription ends access automatically. Platform sign-in is separate from your Deriv account.
6 · Acceptable use
Do not misuse, overload, reverse-engineer for harm, share credentials to, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data. Attempts to circumvent access tiers or automated abuse may result in immediate termination.
7 · Data and privacy
Platform settings, journals and preferences are stored in your browser and, where you enable it, synced to the operator's storage to keep them across devices. We never collect your Deriv token, balance or personal financial records on our servers.
8 · No warranty, limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skilli Godmind and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, downtime, execution errors or damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.
9 · Independence
Skilli Godmind is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Deriv.com; "Deriv" is used only to identify the broker your account is held with.
10 · Changes and severability
These terms and the platform's features may change at any time. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in force.
