1 Β· Capital at risk
Trading Deriv synthetic indices and other derivatives is high-risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. It is not suitable for everyone.
2 Β· Synthetic indices are random
Synthetic indices are generated by a certified random number generator (RNG). Their movements are, by design, unpredictable. No analyzer, algorithm, indicator, or "AI" β including this platform's β can reliably predict future outcomes or guarantee a winning edge over the long run.
3 Β· Win-rate figures are aspirational
Any confidence percentages, win-rate bands, or performance targets shown are illustrative aspirations, not guarantees. Past or simulated results do not indicate future performance. Real results depend on market conditions, execution latency, slippage, and your own decisions.
4 Β· Not financial advice
Skilli Godmind is decision-support software, not a broker, financial adviser, or portfolio manager. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions and their consequences are entirely your own.
5 Β· Practise first
Always test strategies and automation on a Deriv demo account before risking real funds. Automation can place trades rapidly β understand every setting before enabling it.
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Skilli Godmind platform.
1 Β· Acceptance
By accessing or using this platform you agree to these Terms and to the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2 Β· What the service is
Skilli Godmind is a client-side analysis and automation console that connects to your own Deriv account using credentials you provide. Deriv is the broker and counterparty to every trade; we are not a party to your trades and hold no client funds. Trades are placed only when you, or automation you explicitly enable, initiate them.
3 Β· Eligibility & your responsibilities
You must be of legal age and permitted to trade derivatives in your jurisdiction, and you must comply with Deriv's terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for every action taken on your account.
4 Β· Accounts & access
Access is granted by the platform administrator and may be tiered (Regular / Premium) and time-limited by subscription. Access can be suspended or revoked. Authentication is client-side; your Deriv token is held in the browser session only and is never transmitted to any third-party store.
5 Β· Acceptable use
Do not misuse, reverse-engineer for harm, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data. Automated abuse or attempts to circumvent access tiers may result in immediate termination.
6 Β· No warranty & limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skilli Godmind and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, downtime, latency, slippage, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the platform.
7 Β· Changes
These terms may be updated at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
